3. Quotes, Pricing, and Payments
Prices shown on the website are for general guidance and may change based on project requirements, features, integrations, content needs, ecommerce complexity, or third-party costs. A project may require an advance payment, milestone payment, or full payment before delivery, depending on the agreed scope.
Third-party costs such as domains, premium hosting, paid plugins, paid themes, ecommerce platform fees, apps, stock assets, software subscriptions, payment gateway charges, and marketing tools are not included unless clearly stated in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities

8. Website Launch and Support
Launch support depends on the selected plan or agreement. After launch, updates, maintenance, backups, security monitoring, content changes, ecommerce management, or technical support may require a separate support plan or retainer unless included in writing.
9. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Platforms
Some plans may include free hosting for eligible static or non-ecommerce websites. Shopify, ecommerce websites, premium hosting, domains, paid applications, and third-party platform fees are excluded unless specifically agreed. We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, service interruptions, or billing issues caused by third-party providers.
10. Intellectual Property
After full payment is received, you receive rights to the final website design and project deliverables created specifically for your business, except for third-party assets, licensed tools, stock assets, plugins, frameworks, templates, libraries, or pre-existing materials. We may retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the project stage, work completed, resources allocated, and written agreement. Payments for completed work, purchased assets, third-party tools, domains, hosting, or approved milestones may be non-refundable.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our website or services for illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, infringing, fraudulent, or malicious activities. We may refuse or discontinue work that violates these terms or applicable laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
